Some representative transactions in this area include:

• Acting for and advising a Singapore-listed telecommunications solutions and services company in a joint venture with a Hong Kong listed company, on its investment into the People’s Republic of China and the establishment of an entity that will provide logistics and fulfilment services for mobile phones
• Acting for and advising a private equity fund in its investment in a Singapore-listed company by way of a combination of subscription of new shares pursuant to a private placement and purchase of existing shares from a few major shareholders
• Acting for and advising a Singapore-listed company that is a party to a reverse takeover transaction, on matters involving its investment in and acquisition of certain interests, assets, and / or businesses related to the hotel and tourism industry in Myanmar, including extensive advice on restructuring and regulatory licensing matters
