After he was granted a Juris Doctor by University of Tokyo and called to the Bar, he has practiced law at law firm in Japan for more than seven years, mainly dealing with corporate legal affair, and accumulating a depth of experience in various legal fields. He understands legal work at corporation though his experience with a manufacturing companies as secondary legal counsel.
He handled an international transaction between Japanese companies and oversea companies, and engaged in M&A deals such as acquisitions of Southeast Asia companies, as well as provided support for Japanese companies expanding its business overseas.
Furthermore, Reiji studied at Georgetown University, Washington D.C. US, and acquired the knowledge of international transaction law.
